octopussy in the guardian

see I havent even had time to write about our clown dressing up antics on here, the guardian newspaper got there first. well i dont imagine ever wanting to appear in a paper not in some sort of disguise!

err opera

i got recommended an opera called the immortal hour. opera has never appealed to me but this one sounds really interesting. the opera was first performed in the glastonbury festival of the 1920s - before michael eavis was about. In it's day it was more popular than lloyd webber. I love the 1920s.

filming

im thinking of getting involved in a film - its being made for a poetry film festival in berlin. 12 poets have written on topics related to bristol, the subject matter is grimey. it sounds like it is right up my street - a good antidote to the commercial stuff ive been doing - not that i dont enjoy that - its just pressure - itd be nice to do something that doesnt has a purpose
